Hi! My name is Ron Peterson and my Yellowstone story begins at a very early age. Being a 5th generation Montanan, I can recall many family outings into Yellowstone National Park on weekends or any other time the opportunity arose. The whole family would load up the car and go on an adventure somewhere within Yellowstone's immense boundary - a cooler of Grandma's cold fried chicken in tow. Although life took me to North Idaho for many years, I would often return to visit family back home in Montana, always knowing that one day I would return and once again call it home. That day finally came in November 2005, after my wife and I had purchased my grandparents' home in Gardiner, Montana. After many different career and educational pursuits, I finally found myself in a personally rewarding role exploring my backyard with visitors from all over the world. I feel blessed to call Yellowstone my office and love to share it with the many new friends I meet along the way.

Howdy! My name is JR and I love using my outdoor experience to facilitate once-in-a-lifetime experiences for others. Originally from Pennsylvania, I made my way out west after the Marine Corps and I find it very difficult to consider leaving. It's tough to look back when you're constantly looking up (at mountains). As an experienced backpacker I recognize the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains and understand the dangers, which makes it such an exciting area to explore. In addition to working as a wildlife and park tour guide, I'm also an artist, photographer, and horseback trail guide in the summers, which makes the year very interesting. Living in Montana has allowed me to pursue the things I love doing, and helping people discover the grandeur of Montana, Wyoming, and Yellowstone National Park is just as rewarding.
Adam Fahnestock, Yellowstone Wildlife Tour Guide
Hi! My name is Adam Fahnestock and I am originally from Washington state where I was lucky enough to grow up in a home where I could watch nature and wildlife and learned to appreciate it from an early age. I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and a minor in Forestry. My wildlife career took me all over from Idaho to Michigan and I was fortunate to be selected to work five winter studies for the Yellowstone Wolf Project. Naturally, I fell in love with the greater Yellowstone area and moved out here as soon as the opportunity presented itself. Yellowstone is an amazing and wondrous office to work in. As your guide, I will share my passion of wildlife and the park, interwoven with factual information and humor while helping you experience the adventure of your dreams.

Tedd Hupp ~ Doug Hupp
Hey everyone, we are the Hupp twins, Tedd and Doug Hupp. We started our Yellowstone Dream from an early age traveling cross country from Colorado in a small camper with our parents who were teachers with the summers off to explore. I am not sure how many trips we made but each and every one was a memorable experience different by the animals and adventures we had inside Yellowstone National Park.
As semi adults we traveled back year after year especially in the winter to visit our sister’s family and grew to love this magical place even more. We would take our nieces out on snowmobiles and car rides to experience the park from a light not many people have seen as a winter wonderland. Those trips set the tone for our lives today with our own families and wanting our kids to experience a childhood of adventure; seeing natural wonders outside up close and in person.
Our love of the outdoors started from an early age as Cub Scouts and continues now through the eyes of our kids and many new experiences in the great outdoors. What a better way to exhibit our love to our children than to help that adventure come true for others thru personal guided trips into the park. We have partnered with others who not only love the park but have a passion for individuals to experience it on an intimate level to learn and love it as they do.
